Having spent years on HOA boards I learned that HOAs consistently face two issues. One issue is the lack of board participation due to the time constraints of members and the lack of a desire to be the “bad guy” when dealing with home owners. The second, and main issue, is the limited funds that HOAs have to work with. When looking for answers to both of these issues I noticed a lack of competition in the Wichita market and decided to start my own company. My experience on HOA boards allows me to know first hand the level of service that is required and what your needs are.
